Congratulations to Colm, Oisín, Ollie and Aaron who were part of the Tipperary team which won the Munster Minor Hurling Championship , defeating Limerick in Thurles last weekend. It was great to see such broad Newport representation on a talented team.

Our own Under 17 hurlers took on Carrick Swans in Páirc na nEalaí on Sunday last in the County Hurling League. Final score Newport 0:21, 02:16 Carrick Swans.
