- Iomáint Sóisir: Our Junior B’s played Kilruane in the North Junior Hurling in very tough conditions on Saturday last and came away with a good win. Final score 3:17 to 0:10 to Newport.
- Faoi 21’s: Our Under 21 footballers played Nenagh on Friday evening last in very difficult conditions at Lacken Park. Final Score: Nenagh Éire Óg 2-3 Newport 1-3.
- Faoi 14’s: Well done to our U14A footballers who were victorious over Ballina on Thursday last in round 2 of the North Tipperary Football competition with a final score of 10:8 to 1:2 Hard luck to our U14B footballers who played Portroe on Wednesday last in Lacken Park. Final score there 4:3 to 1:13 with Portroe narrowly winning by one point.
