Newport & Tipperary Draws
C.L.G. Tulach Sheasta extends sincere thanks to all who have supported the Tipperary Draw and Club Lotto packages over the years. The commission earned through the County Draw is one of our club’s most important sources of income, allowing us to operate successfully and continue to improve the facilities at Páirc Uí Riain for all members. The weekly Club Lotto continues to be the main source of funding for the day-to-day running of our club.
Newport GAA Club serves the communities of Newport, Birdhill and Toor. Over 20 teams and 500 players use our facilities each week — from our Under 5 Nursery group right up to our adult hurling and football teams, and including Rockvale Rovers LGFA and Newport/Ballinahinch Camogie.
The cost of operating the club continues to rise, with annual costs now over €100,000. This includes pitch and facility maintenance, insurance, energy, equipment, and team costs at all levels. Supporting the Tipperary Draw and Lotto packages through Newport GAA makes a huge difference, and we are extremely grateful for every ticket purchased.
Thanks to your support, our club is thriving. Our focus on juvenile development is paying off, with success at underage level and a strong pipeline of players moving into our adult teams. We are confident the future is bright. We are very grateful for your continued support and look forward to another successful season with your help.
