Our 3 Under hurling teams commenced championship action this week. The ‘A’ team had a well-contested game with Ballinahinch/Templederry. Their ability to score goals was key as they won on a 4-12 to 0-16 scoreline. The B group had to give best to Silvermines, losing 0-9 to 2-0, while the C group had an uphill struggle against Lorrha Rovers, going down 6-9 to 0-2.
